BSA A50 Parts & Spares
The A50 is the 499cc half of BSA‘s unit twin range: lighter and easier to live with than the A65, and often overlooked for exactly that reason. Many of its parts are shared with the 650, but the ones that are not tend to be the ones a rebuild depends on.

A50 models
The unit 500 ran from 1962 to 1970 as the A50 Star, Royal Star, Cyclone and Wasp. As with the A65, early and late engines differ in the timing side, clutch and crankcase details, so have your engine number ready.
