Triumph T160 Trident Parts & Spares

The T160 is the last of the Triumph triples: inclined cylinders, electric start and a left-foot gearchange, built for two years before Meriden ran out of time. It shares most of its engine with the earlier T150 and with BSA's Rocket 3, and almost none of its cycle parts with either.

Obsolete Bike Parts holds around 100 line items across the triples, including the parts that hold up a rebuild when you need three of them.

T160, T150, X75 and the Rocket 3

The T150 stood its barrels upright; the T160 inclined them, as BSA's A75 Rocket 3 had done from the start. The X75 Hurricane is a T150 underneath. Pistons, tappet blocks, shells and ignition parts are largely common across the family, which is why our listings name every model a part suits.

What we stock

  • Exhaust and tools: pipe adapter repair kits, clutch hub pullers

Buying in threes

A triple needs its parts matched. Tell us you are after a set and we will check what is actually on the shelf before you order rather than after. Carburettor components are listed under Amal.
