Panther Motorcycle Parts & Spares
Phelon & Moore built Panthers around the sloping big single that doubled as the front frame member, an arrangement nobody else stayed with as long. Owners tend to keep them running for decades, and the parts that wear are well known and specific.
Obsolete Bike Parts holds a compact Panther range aimed at exactly those items: springs, clutch parts, pistons and gaskets rather than a full catalogue.
Which Panther?
The Model 100 is the 600cc sloper most people mean by a Panther, with the 120 that followed it. The lighter 250 and the 350 to 600 OHV singles are separate machines with their own parts. Where a component suits more than one, the listing says so.
What we stock
- Engine: gasket sets for the Model 100, oversize pistons for the 250 OHV single
- Valve gear: valve spring sets, including Terry Aero springs for the 350 to 600 OHV singles
- Clutch: bonded and steel plate sets for Panther singles
- Frame: lower rear frame assemblies
Carburation and electrics
Fuel and ignition parts for these machines are not filed under Panther. Carburettor components sit under Amal and ignition and lighting under Lucas.
