Classic Motorcycle Parts by Part Group

This is where the whole catalogue sits, sorted the way a workshop thinks: by the part you are replacing rather than the badge on the tank. Around forty subcategories run from alternators and bearings through carburettors, gearbox and pistons to wheels and wiring, and nearly everything we hold appears under one of them.

If you already know your machine, use the Brands and Models filter to narrow a part group down to Norton, BSA, Triumph, AJS-Matchless, Royal Enfield, Jawa, CZ, Velorex, Benelli, Morini or CCM. Original and NOS stock where we have it, tested reproduction where we do not, shipped worldwide from our workshop in the Netherlands.

Looking for a part group or a machine?

There are two ways through this catalogue and they meet in the middle. Working from the bike, start with the Brands and Models filter and then pick the part group. Working from the part, start here and filter down to your machine. The second route is the better one whenever a component was shared, which happened constantly: BSA and Triumph ran common cycle parts once the group rationalised them, the later Norton twins use the AMC gearbox that also sits under AJS and Matchless machines, and a great many Jawa chassis parts appear under CZ numbers as well.

The main part groups

  • Engine: pistons, piston rings, cylinders, cylinder heads, crankcase, crankshaft, cams, valves and guides, oil pumps, gaskets
  • Transmission: gearbox, clutch, sprockets, chains
  • Running gear: front forks, shocks, wheels, wheel hubs, rims, spokes, tyres, brakes
  • Electrics: ignition, alternators, wiring, lighting, batteries, instruments
  • Bodywork and controls: petrol tank, fenders, panels, seats, handlebars, levers, grips, cables, mirrors, decals

If the filter does not get you there

Send us the frame and engine number with a description of what you need and we will tell you what we have. A photograph helps more than a model name once a bike has been apart before.
